WD-40 for the Mind
"WD 40 for the Mind" grew out of the "Cruisers’ Net" broadcast and offers boaters in the area a variety of entertaining and informative lectures on subjects from favorite harbors to astronomy. With a couple of exceptions, WD-40 for the Mind features a different presenter and topic Saturday morning at 10:30 AM in the bar at the Anchor Inn Hotel.
The topics and of the speakers are announced on the Cruisers Net. Attendance has helped get the cruisers and local boaters to get together while passing along a little knowledge of interest to the boating community. The presentations are 30-40 minutes long and are free to attend. Those taking in the presentations are welcome to make a voluntary donation to our Youth Sailing school.
