Our Upcoming 2026 Season

The Little Current Yacht Club is planning another full season of our Youth Sailing Program.

We will be in downtown Little Current on July 1st during the BIA Canada Day celebrations.

Parents and students are invited to stop by to learn more about the sailing program, meet our instructors and volunteers, and see one of our training boats.

This year, all courses will run Monday to Friday. Registration will open once confirmation of Canada Summer Jobs funding is received in early April.

Program Locations:

• Gore Bay – weeks of July 6 and July 13

• Low Island, Little Current – week of July 20

• Wikwemikong students visiting – week of July 27

• No youth sailing August 3 long weekend (adult sailing may be offered)

• Youth sailing weeks – August 10 and August 17

• Final week – Algoma Sailing Club in Sault Ste. Marie

We are doing our best to maintain the same pricing for students as in recent years. We would like to acknowledge the ongoing support from the Municipality of NEMI.
