Our Upcoming 2026 Season

The Little Current Yacht Club is planning another full season of our Youth Sailing Program.

We will be in downtown Little Current on July 1st during the BIA Canada Day celebrations.

Parents and students are invited to stop by to learn more about the sailing program, meet our instructors and volunteers, and see one of our training boats.

This year, all courses will run Monday to Friday. Registration will open once confirmation of Canada Summer Jobs funding is received in early April.

Program Locations:

• Gore Bay and area students — weeks of July 6 and July 13

• Low Island, Little Current / Little Current and area students — week of July 20

• Low Island, Little Current — Wikwemikong students visiting — week of July 27

• No youth sailing — week of August 3 (adult sailing may be offered)

• Low Island, Little Current students — week of August 10th

• Algoma Sailing Club in Sault Ste. Marie — week of August 24

We are doing our best to maintain the same pricing for students as in recent years. We would like to acknowledge the ongoing support from the Municipality of NEMI.
